Tonight I made Hot Chile Grilled Cheese. I’ve had the recipe for awhile, but it was much harder than I thought to find poblano peppers. Nathan said they actually pretty much just take like regular peppers. For the record, Walmart has them, Krogers does not.
Nathan like this recipe, I didn’t really care for it. I’m really not sure why I thought I would. I don’t like peppers, but somehow I convinced myself that if it was in a panini that maybe I would. I’m into trying new things these days. I ended up eating half of one.
